"To implement Executive Yuan’s project for reconnoitering the recruitment of international students to study at Taiwan and to promote the National policies of teaching Chinese as a Second/Foreign language, the Ministry of Education, Republic of China (Taiwan), has articulated “Guidelines of Subsidizing Domestic Universities to Establish Offshore Taiwan Education Center” to commission native Universities to set up Taiwan Education Center (also known as TEC) at the foremost foreign countries.

TEC is appreciative to provide information to the International students for the following:
  1. Getting higher education, or
  2. to join study tour at Taiwan
  3. to conduct recruitment briefing, and
  4. For Taiwan Education Exhibitions.
Information corresponding to National policy to oversee Chinese language program and for the language fluency test "the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL)” is also provided.
